I have never met someone so compassionate, selfless, and thoughtful like Aliya Uberoi. She's got beauty and brains, charm and wit, and a plethora of inspiring qualities. Finding success at everything she does, she effortlessly prospers in academics, basketball, athletics, and more. Having always been so self-sacrificial and modest at the same time, she's someone that I admire.

My best friend, she's always got my back and I hers. The number of times that she has helped and guided me in difficult situations is unimaginable. Aliya has always been by my side when I need her and never fails to lift my spirits. And for that, I am forever grateful. She makes being her friend so so easy. And I wish that people wouldn't take her for granted and treat her with the same respect that she gives them. Believe me, I will gleefully murder anybody who hurts her because when you hurt Aliya, you hurt me. I know I rarely admit it, but I truly love her with all of my heart. And I don't know what I have done in my life to deserve someone like Aliya as my best friend.

I can't imagine my life without knowing her.
